Effect of Renal Function on Success and Complications of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

Objective: In this study, we aimed to compare the success and complication rates of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) according preoperative glomerular filtration (GFR) patients who underwent PCNLdue kidney stones. Material Methods: Between January 2012 December 2016, 794 PCNL due Stones were evaluated retrospectively. Preoperative GFR values calculated Cockcroft –Gault formula. The with values>90 ml/min, 60-90 30-60 ml/min respectively defined as group-1, group-2 group-3. perioperative values, Stone free compared between groups. Postoperatively , <4 mm residual stone was identified success.
